Candidates must be based in France and have proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs. A leadership-level expertise in planning, creation, and execution of growth and sales strategies is required, with a strong understanding of the financial services sector. Experience in building and managing partner ecosystems and developing senior-level contacts is also necessary.
The Head of Sales will develop and execute the sales strategy for Europe West & South to achieve revenue targets and KPIs. This includes originating new business opportunities, winning new client logos, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities also involve leading sales campaigns, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, embedding world-class sales processes, developing senior-level client relationships, managing the partner ecosystem, and contributing to the overall leadership of ClearBank Europe by providing market feedback and input into product development.
