Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial services, with a strong focus on Asset Servicing, Custody, Fund Administration, or Securities Services
  • Proven track record in institutional sales leadership within the EMEA region
  • Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and client needs
  • Strong leadership and team management experience; able to inspire and drive results
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach to decision making
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies
  • Experience in Investment Strategy/Management considered a strong plus
  • Experience managing cross-border sales efforts and multicultural teams
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for Asset Owner solutions across EMEA, aligned with global objectives
  • Lead, coach, and expand the regional sales team, fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture
  • Identify, originate, and close new business opportunities with institutional clients including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, central banks and insurers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure market needs are reflected in solution development and positioning
  • Represent the firm in industry events, conferences, and regulatory discussions across the region
  • Maintain oversight of the sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and local regulatory requirements
