Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for Asset Owner solutions across EMEA, aligned with global objectives
  • Lead, coach, and expand the regional sales team, fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture
  • Identify, originate, and close new business opportunities with institutional clients including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, central banks and insurers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure market needs are reflected in solution development and positioning
  • Represent the firm in industry events, conferences, and regulatory discussions across the region
  • Maintain oversight of the sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and local regulatory requirements
