Requirements

Candidates should possess 15+ years of experience in IT operations management, with a focus on IT service management and ITIL frameworks, and demonstrated experience in managing large-scale operations within the banking or similar industries. Responsibilities

This role involves leading and mentoring a team of site delivery managers, SaaS reliability operations, and platform SREs, developing and implementing ITSM processes and frameworks, liaising with customers to manage site-specific initiatives, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement and automation within the operations team. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with senior leadership to align operational strategies with business goals.
