Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire Fetch’s growing design organization across consumer and enterprise teams
  • Grow and increase the impact of UX research
  • Define and evolve the long-term design vision and operating model
  • Foster a culture that balances creative ambition, beauty, and usability with measurable impact
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to define user-centered strategies
  • Align UX research with data analytics to deliver powerful insights
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales/GTM teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistent brand expression
  • Champion design thinking and user-centered decision-making throughout the company
  • Develop and mentor emerging leaders
  • Create an environment where designers feel empowered to experiment and innovate
  • Scale and structure the design organization for long-term success
  • Raise the bar for product design, interaction design, and research quality across the Fetch ecosystem
