Responsibilities

  • Understand priorities with the Global PMI Office and lead due diligence with M&A, legal teams, and regional managers to ensure strategic and financial viability of acquisitions
  • Work closely with Operations Teams to identify and mitigate operational risks, and develop strategic insights to support deal structures and integration of newly acquired catalogues
  • Define roadmaps with clear milestones across Finance, Product, Legal, Operations, and customer service
  • Build and continuously refine the catalogue integration framework: playbooks, business cases, process mapping, standard operating models, gap analysis matrix
  • Develop a scalable methodology to support Believe’s growing acquisition pipeline
  • Act as the main liaison between Local and Central teams, ensuring consistent communication to foster transparency and adoption
  • Ensure Go-to-market and Change management (communication, training) in coordination with operations and go-to-market teams
  • Report regularly to executive leadership
  • Organize, lead, and recruit the PMI Project team members for Catalogue acquisitions
  • Monitor operational execution and oversee critical milestones: catalogue onboarding, rights validation, contracts setting, royalty configuration, and reporting readiness
  • Resolve deadlock situations and escalate as necessary
  • Continuously improve the methodology through post-mortem documents, KPIs, and best practice sharing
  • Co-lead the PMI Operations Team with the Head of Label Integration, backing each other as necessary
  • Manage an operational team of 5 to 7 people (project managers, experts in artist contracts, royalty specialists, and supply chain specialists)
