Requirements

Responsibilities

The Head of Performance Measures will lead the transformation of the Performance Measures team, ensuring alignment with Group-level objectives and maintaining strategic momentum, analyze data to provide insights that influence strategic plans and operational actions, and suggest practical process improvements. They will oversee the definition, optimization, and generation of metrics, reports, and scorecards to assess operational performance, collaborate with various stakeholders to design and develop metrics, and serve as the business lead for priority projects and initiatives, delivering insightful analyses and recommendations to senior leadership. Furthermore, they will manage staffing, budgeting, scheduling, long-term planning, and provide strategic direction through line management, ensuring effective recruitment, induction, talent development, and retention of staff, along with ongoing coaching, feedback, and formal performance appraisals.
