  • 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in entertainment, music, media, or consumer brands (music industry experience a strong plus)
  • Commercially astute with experience owning P&L, tracking KPIs, and translating insights into business outcomes
  • Collaborative and global-minded with experience working with multinational teams and navigating cross-border projects
  • Excellent communicator and people manager who inspires teams, builds stakeholder relationships, and presents confidently to senior leadership
  • Data-driven and creative with analytical skills to inform strategy and creative instinct for standout campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Full P&L ownership for the International Repertoire marketing division in Indonesia
  • Craft and execute integrated marketing strategies for developing acts and superstar campaigns across streaming, social, live, media, and partnerships
  • Lead, coach, and scale a marketing team—set KPIs, boost performance, mentor talent, and foster a collaborative, creative culture
  • Act as primary liaison with regional and global UMG marketing teams to localize global campaigns and secure cross-border support/resources
  • Collaborate with UMG Indonesia divisions (A&R, Promotions, Digital, Partnerships, Commercial) for unified go-to-market plans and measurable results
  • Use data and insights to optimize spend, measure campaign ROI, and inform long-term strategy
