Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to grow the Institutional sales business in Taiwan
  • Focus on developing new business channels and relationships with key institutional investors, including pension funds, insurance companies, SITE, Banking, and Corporate clients
  • Build, develop, and grow the existing Institutional Sales team
  • Play an active role as a Senior Leader in Taiwan, contributing to the shaping of Fidelity’s corporate strategy
  • Set sales targets and develop goals in conjunction with the Head of Taiwan and Regional Head of Institutional Business
  • Develop a high-performing sales culture through strategy, process management, and team management
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to team members
  • Manage key accounts and deliver against new client acquisition targets
  • Maintain and service existing mandates
  • Collaborate with regional and global institutional and insurance teams to leverage resources and grow the business
