  • Ability to shape culture and employee engagement strategies using insights from Our Credo survey, employee sentiment, attrition, exit surveys, and predictive retention modeling
  • Expertise in defining and building key mindsets/behaviors in partnership with business leaders
  • Experience driving culture of Our Credo, growth, collaboration, and inclusion
  • Proven track record in developing trusted partnerships, coaching leaders and teams to build leadership capabilities and team effectiveness

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR partnership to the global Supply Chain leadership team of Shockwave in Santa Clara and Costa Rica
  • Contribute to shaping business strategy and drive aligned outcomes in organization design, talent strategies, culture/employee experiences, leadership coaching, and team effectiveness
  • Leverage internal and external insights to diagnose and design organizations optimized to achieve strategic goals
  • Design and deploy data-driven talent strategies to curate required talent and capabilities
  • Shape and steward culture and employee experiences to attract, inspire, and retain top talent
  • Accelerate performance through leadership coaching and team effectiveness
  • Partner across OneHR model to deliver on talent and organizational strategies
  • Lead a team of BUHR leaders in Santa Clara and Costa Rica
  • Understand business needs through diagnosis, analysis, and data, including organizational health
  • Partner on optimizing organization setup for business strategy, including annual business planning and long-range financial planning (e.g., workforce planning)
  • Support and lead continuous integration of Shockwave into J&J in Santa Clara and Costa Rica
  • Identify and diagnose talent needs and create/deploy talent strategy to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent, including succession planning and capability building
  • Own and drive talent management for the business/function/geography, including priorities, talent talk rhythm, talent pools, and progress metrics
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to define strategy for sourcing talent in critical areas
  • Lead succession planning for EC/GOC critical roles and strengthen pipeline as needed
  • Partner with business leaders to shape culture and engagement strategies using insights (e.g., Our Credo survey, sentiment, attrition)
  • Identify, define, and build key mindsets/behaviors for the business
  • Drive culture of Our Credo, growth, collaboration, and inclusion within teams
