Responsibilities

The Head of Finance will drive the company's financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and innovation by achieving and maintaining a 75%+ profit margin over a 6-month period and ensuring financial results consistently fall within 10% of the company's monthly forecast over a 6-month period. They will develop and implement a real-time funnel analysis dashboard for enhanced financial tracking and decision-making, attain a revenue target of $50k+ per employee over a 6-month timeframe, demonstrate strong knowledge of GAAP financial planning and forecasting, specifically tailored for startups, and leverage extensive experience in crypto finance to optimize financial operations. Furthermore, the role involves building and leading high-performing finance teams, showcasing a proven record of success in team development and performance, and providing strategic insights to guide the company's overall direction.
