Relevant experience from a similar position, preferably with team leadership experience and experience as an Executive Assistant
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially mastering Outlook, and ability to familiarize yourself with new systems
Proficient in Danish and English at a high level, both spoken and written
Ability to work independently and proactively approach tasks
Detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, and maintain an overview in fast-paced environments
Energetic and motivated by delivering qualified and professional service in an internal business function
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or related field
Responsibilities
Support several senior partners in the management team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and high-level communication between stakeholders
As team leader, set clear goals, motivate, and offer feedback to the seven Executive Assistants and one Office Assistant
Set the strategic direction and vision for the team, ensuring growth and development as a team and individuals
Manage and coordinate complex calendars, handling frequent changes and urgent requests with agility
Organize travel arrangements in compliance with Deloitte’s travel policies, including transportation, accommodation, Pre-Travel Assessments, and visa applications
Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, and assist with planning and execution of larger events and meetings
Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks to support partners
Provide backup support to office assistants during peak periods and holiday seasons, including managing the shared Salesforce cloud platform for operational tasks
