Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering leadership roles, specifically within payment systems. Proven expertise in leading and managing high-performing engineering teams is essential, as is a strong understanding of payment processing technologies and architectures. Responsibilities

As the Head of Engineering, you will lead and empower multiple cross-functional engineering teams to support payment transactions for Welltech products, driving an end-to-end seamless Payment experience. You will be responsible for defining and driving technology strategy, architecting for scale and resilience, and overseeing the design and implementation of robust systems. Furthermore, you will co-lead product development, collaborate with a Solutions Architect, and actively contribute to the Welltech engineering culture, fostering continuous self-improvement and innovation.
