Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to APAC business leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals
  • Represent APAC in global EX forums and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Lead and develop a high-performing EX team across the region, fostering collaboration and capability growth
  • Build a strong bench of future leaders and ensure succession planning is in place
  • Champion Adobe’s culture and values in all people practices, reinforcing inclusion, innovation, and integrity
  • Sustain and advance a positive organizational culture aligned with Adobe’s mission
  • Localize and scale global EX programs in talent, inclusive leadership, rewards, and workplace experience
  • Partner with global COEs to ensure regional relevance and impact
  • Monitor regional trends, employment practices, and regulatory shifts to inform strategy and mitigate risk
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Adobe’s code of business ethics
