  • Exceptional communicator and influencer able to articulate a compelling vision to diverse audiences, from team members to C-level executives, and build strong relationships across the organization
  • Proactive driver of change with a relentless sense of ownership, thriving in fast-paced environments, excelling at navigating complexity, and identifying/closing process gaps

Responsibilities

  • Architect the vision and strategy for the global CDD Operations function, setting the roadmap to make processes more compliant, efficient, scalable, and customer-focused
  • Transform the customer onboarding journey by leveraging data and user insights to create a robust, intuitive experience
  • Optimize the vendor ecosystem, implement cutting-edge metrics, and establish governance for operational excellence
  • Develop a people strategy to define career paths, foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, and ensure the right leaders are in place
  • Partner with Product and Compliance teams, providing operational insights and strategic direction to influence the development of market-leading KYC products
