Responsibilities

Establish and lead the asset management function, including frameworks, policies, reporting standards and governance cadence
Drive portfolio performance across retail, commercial, industrial and residential assets
Set the strategic direction and operating structure for the division in consultation with the Directors
Oversee leasing strategy, tenancy mix and asset positioning
Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning and return optimisation
Lead, mentor and align internal teams and partner providers around a clear, performance-driven culture
Represent the business with financial institutions, valuers, councils and regulatory stakeholders
Provide strategic input to development and investment decisions while maintaining focus on operational performance and asset value
