Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the asset management function, including frameworks, policies, reporting standards and governance cadence
  • Drive portfolio performance across retail, commercial, industrial and residential assets
  • Set the strategic direction and operating structure for the division in consultation with the Directors
  • Oversee leasing strategy, tenancy mix and asset positioning
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning and return optimisation
  • Lead, mentor and align internal teams and partner providers around a clear, performance-driven culture
  • Represent the business with financial institutions, valuers, councils and regulatory stakeholders
  • Provide strategic input to development and investment decisions while maintaining focus on operational performance and asset value
