Responsibilities

Lead and scale Binance’s AI and Algorithm organization — a cross-disciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and product innovators
Define and execute the AI strategy, uniting personalisation, generative agents, and Web3 intelligence into a cohesive product vision
Drive end-to-end innovation in three strategic areas: Personalized Binance (intelligent onboarding, dynamic trading guidance, community discovery, personalized learning journeys powered by large-scale behavioral and contextual models); AI-Native Support Ecosystem (next-generation AI customer service systems — self-learning, multilingual, empathetic); AI × Web3 Frontier (AI-generated meme economies, agent-driven DeFi, personalized crypto narratives)
Foster collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams to translate breakthrough models into scalable, production-grade systems
Attract, grow, and inspire world-class AI talent across research, engineering, and product — building a global center of excellence
