Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for HCP engagements, including Advisory Boards, Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives, and Home Office Visits for physician consultants and external experts
  • Serve as the central point of contact for scheduling, communication, and follow-up related to all physician engagement activities
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure all HCP interactions meet Johnson & Johnson’s ethical and compliance standards
  • Oversee and process purchase orders (POs), contracts, and honoraria payments for physician consultants and participants in accordance with company policy
  • Track and reconcile HCP-related expenses and deliverables to support accurate and timely reporting
  • Ensure all engagements comply with Sunshine Act, AdvaMed, and other relevant regulatory reporting requirements
  • Maintain documentation and audit-ready records for all HCP transactions and engagements
  • Work closely with the Physician Program Director Team, Professional Education, Marketing, and Field Leadership to align engagement activities with business objectives and customer needs
  • Support coordination between regional and global MedTech teams to ensure consistency in process and messaging across all engagement touchpoints
  • Oversee and maintain databases, dashboards, and documentation related to HCP engagement (including contracts, deliverables, payments, and reporting)
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies to streamline event planning, approvals, and execution of advisory and educational programs
  • Support integration of digital tools for HCP engagements
