Responsibilities

  • Optimize existing procedures (on main lines) for audit readiness
  • Develop a draaiboek (detailed plan) for audits
  • Inventory skills of involved employees
  • Identify improvement opportunities within R&D teams (Development, Sensory & Flavor, Process/Analytical Research Lab)
  • Formulate concrete recommendations for next steps
  • Bring structure to existing guidelines and documentation
  • Conduct interviews with colleagues to explore and support their audit roles (e.g., via trainings or manuals)
  • Analyze development and production processes based on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices), and previous audit findings
  • Execute project using DMAIC structure
  • Document results and recommendations in a report
  • Present findings to stakeholders
