Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering discipline (electronic or mechanical)
  • 5+ years of experience (Bachelor’s) or 3+ years of experience (Master’s) in hardware development
  • Cross-functional engineering technical experience covering mechanical, electrical, and validation topics
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to solve problems / effective issue troubleshooting
  • Strong soft skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage all hardware development activities along with technical leaders from mechanical and electrical competencies
  • Manage hardware development for new products (Radars, ECUs, Cameras)
  • Act as SPOC (Single point of contact) for internal and external customers
  • Ensure hardware delivery with quality, on time, and within project budget
  • Own the escalation path
  • Support hardware activities for new business pursuits
  • Manage and monitor on-time closure of design quality issues
  • Manage the hardware development timing / achievement plan
