Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers and colleagues in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Rockwell Automation products and solutions
Install and configure Rockwell Automation equipment and systems in industrial environments, ensuring they function and meet customer specifications
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in automation systems using diagnostic tools and techniques to minimize downtime and maintain equipment operation
Provide technical training to customers and colleagues on using Rockwell Automation products and solutions, including maintenance and troubleshooting best practices
Collaborate with internal teams (application engineers, product developers) and external customers/partners to ensure delivery of automation projects
