The position pays $21.35 per hour and is a union position including union benefits and compensation.

This is an onsite position at the Diego Beekman property, a 1,200-unit property in the Bronx, NY.

Candidates need a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in property maintenance or janitorial work, general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC, plus excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a rotational on-call weekend schedule shared by two teams.

Strong candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in maintenance or janitorial work, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC, the ability to follow a strict maintenance schedule, basic English skills, and experience working with diverse groups.
