Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in technical event management, including event logistics, service requirements, timelines, communications, and staffing. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required, with a major in Business or Marketing preferred. Proficiency in XLS automation and excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills in English are essential. Experience with Salesforce, facilitating group training events, and programming languages like C/C++, Fortran, or Python are advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Hackathon Program Manager will manage the execution of online and in-person hackathons, bootcamps, and community activities in the APAC region. This includes serving as a trusted advisor to partners, leading planning meetings, facilitating application and registration processes, and providing event support for moderation and logistics. The role also involves data collection, management, and reporting for all regional events.
