Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience (Guest Greeting & Experience)
  • Provide pleasant greetings and parting remarks to all guests (Guest Service)
  • Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies (Operational Compliance)
  • Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards, maintaining proper cash and lottery tobacco levels (Point of Sale Operations)
  • Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.) (Store Maintenance)
  • Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions (Inventory Management)
  • Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns (Communication)
  • Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines (Vendor Management)
  • Conduct gas tank inventory and complete merchandising projects as assigned (Inventory & Merchandising)
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by management (Other Tasks)
