They should possess the ability to formulate long-term business strategies and translate them into specific projects with assigned owners, demonstrating excellent business analysis skills and a strong record of execution. A solid understanding and background in go-to-market strategies within Western European markets are also required.
The role involves acting as the General Manager for the European market, working on messaging and playbooks with a European account executive, and serving as a point person for marketing activities such as paid campaigns and events. Responsibilities include centralizing and prioritizing product feedback, reviewing and updating expansion efforts, performing analysis on European expansion including TAM and segment prioritization, and coordinating between product, marketing, and sales teams to prioritize market rollouts in Europe.
