Strong skills in spreadsheet tools, SQL, and a technical inclination towards software and data structures are required. Candidates should be self-starters who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent writing skills, and have a keen attention to detail.
The GTM Strategy and Operations Manager will own GTM operations for core business units, including planning, compensation, territories, metric design, and reporting. They will act as a strategic partner to the sales team and executive team, driving initiatives and problem-solving. The manager will drive business cadence and ensure effective use of time across the organization, as well as facilitate cross-functional partnerships with marketing, product, finance, and other teams.
