Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the following activities: Actively participate in the secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC), collaborating with development teams to integrate security practices from early development phases and ensuring that applications and systems comply with required security standards
  • Analyze security findings and prepare technical and executive reports with remediation recommendations
  • Collaborate with incident response teams to improve threat detection and response
  • Lead and supervise the vulnerability management team, ensuring the identification, prioritization, and remediation of vulnerabilities in the company's infrastructure and systems
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures for vulnerability management, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards
  • Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and security teams

Responsibilities

  • Design the Insider Threat Program using internal and external tools
  • Work closely with business, legal, and technology stakeholders to investigate incidents and improve processes
  • Develop and compile investigation reports; manage key performance indicators of program effectiveness
  • Develop implementation options for best practices and creative solutions
  • Actively involve new and contracted providers to adjust and improve endpoints, network, and content analysis
  • Develop and maintain the operational model of the Insider Threat Program
