Requirements

Candidates must reside in Florida and possess a Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of sales experience in education or technology, experience in the K12 market, demonstrated ability to prospect and convert leads, strong communication skills, self-motivation, results-driven attitude, organizational and time management skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Travel up to 30% within the assigned territory is also required.

Responsibilities

The Growth Partner will achieve sales goals, prospect and qualify new sales opportunities, engage with school leaders to understand their needs and offer solutions, and develop relationships with key decision-makers. Responsibilities include maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, providing product demonstrations, collaborating with the sales team, participating in training, attending industry events, researching potential community partners, engaging with community leaders to promote STEM, and performing administrative duties such as tracking sales activities and reporting progress.
