Candidates must be based in Florida and possess at least 4 years of experience in health insurance, preferably with an insurance carrier or in a sales role focused on working with brokers. A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with experience working with brokers and their clients, and the ability to use market data to make decisions and drive process improvements.
The Regional Sales Manager will drive the broker strategy, ensuring brokers have the necessary information and tools to effectively understand and sell Sidecar Health’s insurance products. They will build and manage broker and group account relationships within their assigned market, identify distribution partners for investment, represent Sidecar Health at local events, identify and test new growth opportunities, meet or exceed sales goals, and provide local competitive intelligence and market research.
