Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant Masters degree program (Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field) in top business & engineering schools and looking for a 6 months end-of-studies internship
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational capabilities
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with statistical analysis tools is an advantage
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Interest or experience in mobile gaming and mobile ad technology ecosystem is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize ad monetization and user acquisition strategies across multiple networks and platforms
  • Analyze key metrics and A/B tests to maximize ad performance, user LTV, and overall ROI
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance growth, monetization, and product decisions
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and data teams on SDK integrations, dashboards, and automation tools
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and share best practices to drive continuous improvement
