Responsibilities

  • Create dashboards, charts, widgets, shareables, notifications, recommendation systems, and landing pages that drive user engagement, sign-ups, and regular platform usage
  • Build delightful product experiences that transform users’ perception of Kalshi, fostering a strong connection with the platform (Create Awe)
  • Develop user journeys that improve accessibility and translate complex financial information into elegant, simple, and compelling product flows (Simplify and Distill)
  • Rapidly ship experiments and learn, applying an experimental and iterative mindset
  • Analyze performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Build new and unproven features (Build 0-1)
  • Templatize successful elements to make them easily reusable for non-engineers
  • Drive virality to help Kalshi achieve widespread adoption
