Cross-functional communication and leadership skills, thriving in collaboration with engineering, sales, customer success, and other partners across the product development lifecycle
Deep understanding of developing primarily AI/ML-based features and systems, with experience bringing such products to market at scale

Responsibilities

Own the strategic roadmap and bottom-line success of a major area of the EIQ product portfolio
Build, deploy, and scale products employing cutting-edge AI for disability claims management
Coach, mentor, and develop senior and group-level product managers
Collaborate with customer success and change management teams to ensure customer and product success
Drive commercial success with sales, product marketing, and revenue organizations
Innovate and experiment at high velocity using the proprietary AI platform
Lead by example, build alignment and consensus among stakeholders, and create systems/processes for excellence
Champion new and established product lines through their full lifecycle
Build and own the roadmap for outcome-driven decision guidance systems, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, designers, and AI/ML experts
Lead and manage a team of product managers to own the "whole product," from R&D to go-to-market strategy
Develop and lead a winning go-to-market motion
Proactively identify and resolve complex problems cross-functionally
Deliver market-tested Claims Guidance products to large insurance organizations
