Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of product management leadership experience, including scaling enterprise data platforms and leading PM teams
  • Deep expertise in data platforms, unstructured data processing, signal extraction, and synthetic data generation
  • Solid understanding of Generative AI and data/ML ecosystems, with experience in developing scalable extensible platforms

Responsibilities

  • Guide the vision for AEP Data Services & Agents for Data: Define and direct the product strategy to unify data services and enable agent-powered data workflows within Adobe Experience Platform
  • Advance unstructured data capabilities: Build scalable systems to ingest, process, and semantically enrich unstructured and conversational data sources (e.g., documents, chat logs, support tickets, reviews)
  • Unlock intelligence through signal extraction: Deliver data services and agents that identify and apply critical signals—such as customer intent, sentiment, and behavior—from structured and unstructured sources
  • Accelerate synthetic data creation: Partner with Adobe Research and Engineering to enable secure, scalable synthetic data generation for model training and testing, ensuring high-quality and confidential data
  • Expand data partnerships: Strengthen Adobe’s ecosystem by enabling native data sharing and partner integrations with hyperscalers, ISVs, and industry-specific platforms to broaden and enrich AEP’s Knowledge Base
  • Develop the Agentic Data ecosystem: Shape the roadmap for Agents for Data, empowering customers and partners to build, personalize, and orchestrate data-centric agents with natural language and reasoning capabilities
  • Prioritize investments: Drive initiatives that deliver measurable customer value, align with business growth, and reinforce Adobe’s market leadership
  • Lead and grow the PM team: Mentor and scale a high-performing group of product managers, fostering collaboration across engineering, research, design, and go-to-market functions
