Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities or maintenance roles within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems
  • Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the facilities and maintenance team to ensure timely and effective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support manufacturing goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of tools and spare parts
  • Oversee facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems
  • Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate corrective actions
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting continuous improvement and skill development
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
