Familiarity with governance and company secretarial procedures within a legal and financial context is also expected.
The Group Board Support Manager will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the boards of directors of the Monzo Group and its subsidiary companies in the UK, EU, and US, ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of boards and their committees. They will also manage and support Board Support Assistants, interact closely with directors and company secretaries, and ensure the smooth flow of information across the Group, contributing to the overall governance and company secretarial functions of Monzo.
