Base salary ranges from $175,000-$240,000 in Denver and $180,000-$250,000 in Long Beach.
The position is available in Denver and Long Beach.
Candidates need 10+ years leading major ground test or launch campaigns, deep expertise in range operations, test safety, and ground support systems, proven leadership in complex test environments and aerospace programs, ability to lead cross-functional teams, expertise with SINDA/FLUINT or Thermal Desktop, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred), plus U.S. citizenship eligible for DoD Secret clearance.

Strong candidates have prior experience as a launch/test director for missile or space programs, an advanced degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering, a strong track record leading cross-functional teams and managing design-to-delivery cycles, and background in range certification, test readiness reviews, safety boards, plus TS/SCI clearance.
