Requirements

10+ years full lifecycle experience leading major ground test or launch campaigns
Deep expertise in range operations, test safety, and ground support systems
Proven leadership in complex test environments
Proven leadership in design, analysis, and verification on a major aerospace program
Ability to scale analytical rigor to match program maturity and risk
Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and coordinate across hardware and software boundaries
Demonstrated expertise with SINDA/FLUINT, Thermal Desktop, or equivalent tools
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred)
U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret
