Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of industry-standard design programs, including Figma
  • Skilled in producing assets for a wide variety of marketing needs (print and digital collateral such as website, social media, display ads, emails, sales presentations, content marketing, PR announcements, swag, printed booklets)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to align stakeholders and producers on creative ideas and visual concepts
  • Capable of applying a cohesive creative vision across a variety of visual media
  • Desire to experiment with ideas, iterate quickly, and collaborate with a fast-paced marketing team
  • Ability to manage tasks and deadlines within Asana and/or Jira in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to attend weekly check-in meetings during US hours

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and execute creative assets on a wide range of print and digital collateral in support of marketing activities
  • Translate direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity or campaign design
  • Follow processes for organizing and uploading design assets for all project materials
  • Work with web developer to ensure web assets are implemented as intended
  • Manage tasks and deadlines within Asana and/or Jira, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Report to the Creative Director
