Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Grafana dashboard design and development
Solid understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, traces) and related frameworks
Good experience with Dynatrace/Splunk for infrastructure and application monitoring
Good experience with Prometheus, InfluxDB, ElasticSearch, Loki, or similar monitoring data sources
Experience integrating multiple monitoring tools into a unified observability framework
Exposure to SAP monitoring and observability concepts (SAP CALM, Solution Manager, Focused Run, etc.) is a strong plus
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and data collection
Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and data correlation capabilities
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and global teams
Nice-to-Have: Experience integrating Grafana with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Explorer, Splunk Observability, or others)
Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with cloud monitoring (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and Kubernetes observability
Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of ITIL-based service monitoring or factory IT operations environments
