Responsibilities

Spend Year 1 learning a range of roles to increase interest and motivation
In Year 2, select two elective placements and gain understanding of selected areas by being embedded within those functions
Participate in mentorship and support from talented professionals in the field
Engage, challenge, and immerse in creativity and innovation throughout the program
Interact with colleagues, managers, and senior leadership across international locations in a matrix organizational structure
