Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in event planning, coordination, or project management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in event management platforms (e.g., CVENT) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Budget management experience and a strong understanding of event logistics
  • Commitment to upholding brand integrity and delivering high-quality, client-focused events
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry (preferred)
  • Familiarity with compliance guidelines for healthcare professional (HCP) interactions (preferred)
  • Advanced skills in event technology platforms and digital communications tools (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation skills for vendor and contract management (preferred)
  • Experience managing large-scale conferences or multi-day events (preferred)
  • Ability to analyze event feedback and implement process improvements (preferred)
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus (preferred)
  • Demonstrated initiative in supporting process improvement projects or team initiatives (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver a diverse range of marketing events and meetings—ensuring every detail aligns with strategic priorities and supports our mission (End-to-End Event Management)
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing Managers, as well as external partners, to deliver high-quality events that drive engagement and meet organisational goals (Collaborate with Industry Leaders)
  • Research venues, conduct site visits, liaise with vendors, and support contract negotiations. Keep logistics running smoothly from concept to completion (Own Venue & Vendor Management)
  • Create and maintain event timelines, task lists, and budgets. Monitor progress, solve problems proactively, and keep everything on track (Manage Budgets & Timelines)
  • Build registration sites, websites, surveys, and comms using our event management platform (e.g., CVENT). Full training provided (Use Leading Event Technology)
  • Handle travel bookings, group accommodation, transfers, and onsite logistics—always ensuring compliance with company standards (Coordinate Event Logistics)
  • Draft and execute communication plans, including invitations, reminders, event updates, and post-event feedback (Drive Communications)
  • Analyse event feedback and identify opportunities to refine and elevate future experiences (Support Continuous Improvement)
