Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in the investment industry or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
Comfort with tight deadlines and multitasking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions, geographies, and stakeholders
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluency in both Japanese and English, including reading, writing, and speaking
A strong team player with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across the organization
Knowledge or experience with ETFs is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Support sales and distribution efforts by providing technical ETF expertise
Participate in client meetings as a product specialist
Contribute to marketing strategy, develop and maintain marketing materials for ETFs
Conduct and deliver product analysis independently or in collaboration with internal partners to provide high-quality solutions
Coordinate regionally and globally by partnering with product consulting teammates across markets, leveraging their expertise to deliver client solutions and define local product strategy
Support product development & range management efforts, including fund design, launches, repositionings, and other changes, with strong project management and intellectual rigor across diverse client segments and asset classes
Conduct market research to assess fund viability, client suitability, competitive landscape, pricing, and to identify both current and potential client needs
