Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in the investment industry or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
  • Comfort with tight deadlines and multitasking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions, geographies, and stakeholders
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English, including reading, writing, and speaking
  • A strong team player with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across the organization
  • Knowledge or experience with ETFs is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support sales and distribution efforts by providing technical ETF expertise
  • Participate in client meetings as a product specialist
  • Contribute to marketing strategy, develop and maintain marketing materials for ETFs
  • Conduct and deliver product analysis independently or in collaboration with internal partners to provide high-quality solutions
  • Coordinate regionally and globally by partnering with product consulting teammates across markets, leveraging their expertise to deliver client solutions and define local product strategy
  • Support product development & range management efforts, including fund design, launches, repositionings, and other changes, with strong project management and intellectual rigor across diverse client segments and asset classes
  • Conduct market research to assess fund viability, client suitability, competitive landscape, pricing, and to identify both current and potential client needs
