The role requires 8+ years of administrative assistant experience supporting a team of 3 or more senior managers, strong communication skills with high EQ, high organization and attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize, confidentiality, travel coordination experience (Concur preferred), independence, relationship-building skills, and extensive Microsoft suite familiarity.
