Requirements

Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations
Experience in developing and implementing IT security policies, standards, and procedures
Experience with risk management frameworks and risk assessments
Experience with internal and external audit processes
Experience in designing and delivering compliance and security awareness training programs
Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and business units
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive IT compliance and governance programs
Develop and continuously refine IT security policies, standards, and procedures
Validate and approve IT processes and activities to ensure conformance with regulatory and organizational mandates
Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external auditors
Build and maintain a robust risk management framework
Conduct regular risk assessments, internal audits, and control evaluations
Manage internal and external audit processes
Conduct periodic compliance inspections across organizational and vendor sites
Track, report, and close remediation actions
Design and deliver compliance and security awareness training programs
Prepare comprehensive compliance reports, dashboards, and presentations
Lead or support internal investigations into compliance violations, data incidents, or policies
