Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to solve complex problems such as regulatory reforms and implementation
  • Define and manage organizational change with reference to process, technology, and organization structure
  • Manage transformation projects to migrate from legacy to target systems
  • Assess as-is processes and suggest best industry practices to develop to-be processes and implement them to remove inefficiencies
  • Support data governance and management to optimize operations and drive business decision-making
  • Support development of collateral, methodology refinements, best practices updates, trends tracking, and create proposals incorporating Accenture value proposition
  • Incorporate Accenture best practices and help develop methodologies into every stage of the project management lifecycle
  • Lead GIS projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, defining scope/objectives/deliverables, coordinating resources/timelines/budgets, and ensuring on-time/on-budget delivery
  • Lead Utility Network (UN) modeling for network connectivity, asset management, and flow analysis to help utilities plan, operate, and maintain infrastructure
  • Conduct spatial analysis using ESRI's ArcGIS software to solve complex geographic problems
  • Create, update, and maintain geospatial databases and maps; generate thematic maps and spatial reports to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with clients to understand GIS needs, provide consulting/advisory services, offer tailored GIS solutions, and build/maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage and maintain GIS data, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency; perform data acquisition, integration, conversion; develop data models and schemas
  • Provide training and technical support to clients and internal staff on ArcGIS software and GIS tools; create training materials and documentation
  • Conduct quality control and quality assurance checks on GIS projects and data; identify and resolve data and process issues
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in GIS; continuously update knowledge of ESRI's ArcGIS platform
