Requirements

  • 5 to 9 years of S/4 HANA experience, primarily in implementation projects, with minimum 5 years in SAP SD S/4 HANA and at least 2 end-to-end implementations
  • Proficiency in SAP SD in S/4 HANA with strong understanding of Sales & Distribution (SD) concepts, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Pricing and Discounts, Delivery and Shipping, Billing and Invoice processing, Credit Management, Returns and refunds, Third Party Sales, Intercompany Sales, Consignment processing, ATP, Business Partner Management, Simplified Data Models, Fiori apps, and Advanced ATP (aATP)
  • Experience in SAP transformation engagements and high-tech industry experience preferred
  • Educational Qualification: B. Tech/BE/CA/CWA | MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school
  • SAP Certification in S/4 HANA Sales is an added advantage
  • Good to have: Integration knowledge with MM, FICO, PP, LE; Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, user exits, enhancements, and interfaces
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, market insights, strategic thinking, effective presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support ERP platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering
  • Assist with solutions for client challenges in SAP SD S/4 HANA, providing expert insight throughout the project lifecycle
  • Play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SD processes within SAP S/4 HANA
  • Identify, escalate, track, and resolve issues on time
  • Serve as an SAP SD functional consultant and assist with solutions for end-to-end requests for proposals
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements and scope, discover and define solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop roadmaps
  • Develop innovative solution designs leveraging service offerings
  • Support business development initiatives, including proposal generation, shaping solution plans, and defining delivery approaches for SAP transformations
  • Oversee ERP integrations and assist in developing proof of concepts
  • Advise clients on SAP SD processes based on leading industry practices
  • Analyze and map business requirements for SD processes and S/4 HANA functionalities
  • Prepare documentation, user manuals, and training materials for key users
  • Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement of SD processes in live systems
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and support to client sales teams on order creation best practices
  • Ensure all client sales activities are documented and tracked in the system
  • Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on High-Tech industry topics
