Intermediate level in Microsoft Office package
Availability for full-time hybrid work (3 days in-person) in offices located in Bogotá, Colombia

Diploma, postgraduate degree, or certification in Project Management. Academic background in project-related fields, resource administration, etc
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools. Valued use of automations in Microsoft/PowerBI/Copilot

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in administrative tasks and key coordinations supporting business management
Develop, track, monitor, and maintain a detailed plan for the execution of projects assigned by Management, ensuring alignment with established deadlines and expected quality standards
Facilitate meetings and work sessions with multifunctional teams to ensure effective collaboration and problem resolution
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and practices related to assigned project management
Serve as a link between different functional areas and internal teams to ensure clear communication, effective execution of the executive committee, and maintenance of plans
Stay updated on market trends and best practices in project management and business strategy, applying this knowledge in daily work
Support Social Responsibility programs: Coordinate participation in scheduled activities; lead the delivery of planned aid
