Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or computer science, coupled with over 5 years of experience in export classification within the high-tech industry. Expertise in product classification (HS-Code/ECCN) and a solid understanding of U.S. EAR and other export control regulations are essential. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP is also required. Experience with software and LLM development, process/system implementation, cross-functional collaboration, quick learning, organization, prioritization, independent work, and strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Global Trade Classification Analyst will develop and enhance internal processes for classifying NVIDIA's hardware and software products, assigning appropriate export control classification numbers (ECCNs) and tariff classifications (HTS/Schedule B). This role involves supporting global shipping transactions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve classification efficiency, and ensuring compliance with export regulations.
