Requirements
- Highly experienced in global tax and compliance (direct and indirect)
- Ability to own end-to-end tax and compliance processes
- Strategic thinking with research-supported advice for business transactions
- Expertise in developing and implementing growth strategies for tax and compliance in high-growth businesses

Responsibilities
- Provide complete, reliable, and accurate tax information and analysis to support decision-making
- Develop and implement a growth strategy for global tax and compliance
- Drive strategic thinking and provide research-supported advice on business transactions
- Protect company assets through robust tax, compliance, and risk management
- Manage global tax and compliance obligations, including timely monthly, quarterly, and annual lodgements
- Design and implement global tax strategies and key performance indicators aligned with organizational goals
- Drive process improvements, implement automation, and develop training programs
- Act as key tax advisor to senior leadership with strategic insights and recommendations
- Ensure timely completion and lodgement of monthly, quarterly, and annual returns for all entities
- Contribute to Finance Team culture through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and focus on team and individual goals
- Identify process improvements, optimize operations, and determine resourcing needs
- Communicate goals, priorities, and development plans clearly
