Responsibilities

  • Provide complete, reliable, and accurate tax information and analysis to support decision-making
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy for global tax and compliance
  • Drive strategic thinking and provide research-supported advice on business transactions
  • Protect company assets through robust tax, compliance, and risk management
  • Manage global tax and compliance obligations, including timely monthly, quarterly, and annual lodgements
  • Design and implement global tax strategies and key performance indicators aligned with organizational goals
  • Drive process improvements, implement automation, and develop training programs
  • Act as key tax advisor to senior leadership with strategic insights and recommendations
  • Ensure timely completion and lodgement of monthly, quarterly, and annual returns for all entities
  • Contribute to Finance Team culture through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and focus on team and individual goals
  • Identify process improvements, optimize operations, and determine resourcing needs
  • Communicate goals, priorities, and development plans clearly
