Responsibilities

  • Lead global downstream strategy for VELYS Knee platform solution
  • Partner with key stakeholders (R&D, Regional Teams, Marketing partners in Knees, Global Education, cross-functional partners) to deliver competitive user experience, enhance market share, and attract new customers
  • Partner with upstream leader to drive strategy development and execution
  • Shape robotic technology innovation strategy, including current projects and future portfolio needs to outpace market growth
  • Support various society meetings and customer engagements, representing the platform and engaging in clinical discussions with surgeon customers
  • Report to the Global Director, VELYS Knee Marketing
  • Work globally across all Regional Markets to evolve the portfolio
