Requirements

  • 15+ years of demonstrated expertise in managing a book of opportunities from qualification to contract award, encompassing business discovery, strategic prospecting, solution development, alliance strategies, consulting engagements, channel partnerships, and complex, multi-year, multi-cloud pricing strategies
  • Successful track record of value-based selling strategies, business development, collaborative account planning, and management
  • Strong expertise in cross-functional team engagement
  • Strong understanding of large enterprises and global business issues, as well as related challenges

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary Cohesity business value advocate, ensuring every project delivers strong, positive business impact for the client
  • Work directly with Cohesity account teams, executive clients, and cross-functional subject matter experts to develop and execute winning sales strategies client by client to drive revenue growth
  • Quantify business value in percentages, hours, and dollars (e.g., ROI, TCO, or related business impact) and create content for client executive selling engagements
  • Map Cohesity-enabling use cases to address business challenges with technology solutions
  • Collaborate with Cohesity account teams in response to RFIs, RFPs, and EOIs
  • Collaborate with channels and alliance teams to drive Cohesity business value awareness, increasing programmatic scale, solution adoption, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement teams to integrate Cohesity business value strategies into solution training and presentation
  • Clearly articulate business benefits of Cohesity solutions at all levels, from line of business managers to C-level executives, for top global brand clients
  • Design, develop, and manage technical selling artifacts aligned to Cohesity use cases for executive-level ROI value selling
  • Provide business insights, advance sales strategies with account teams, engage C-level leadership to understand objectives and obstacles, and create value-selling artifacts
  • Lead client value sales discussions, support account teams with value selling strategies and action plans, customize materials, and coordinate activities focused on Cohesity’s value propositions
  • Tailor unique value-selling strategies across global markets, ecosystems, and clients regardless of industry vertical
