Requirements

Strong experience in a process mining leadership role, ideally with a multinational manufacturing organization
Experience rolling out and using the Celonis Enterprise Process Management (EPM) application in an SAP-based manufacturing environment
Experience identifying and delivering automation opportunities for the Celonis Action Flow engine
Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end business processes, including each individual group's role in the end-to-end process
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, ability to work with team members from different areas of the world and with diverse cultural backgrounds
Experience with the concept of Centers of Excellence
Must be open to periods of working a flexible schedule (e.g., participating in meetings during non-business hours to connect with team members in different time zones)
Willingness and ability to travel as and when required (<10%)
Ability to both work and manage independently

Responsibilities

Promote and work with teams to plan and organize new process mining initiatives, including budgetary preparation (licenses, data connections, Cloud capacity) and cost tracking
Enable current and future teams across the organization by facilitating training, data connections, workshops, and program delivery
Meet regularly with group teams to ensure delivery and overall program execution success
Manage the planning, execution, and control of the Global Process Mining COE, including activities the COE is responsible for and multiple points of coordination
Take the lead role in forward-looking enablement and growth of the COE
Manage Data Engineering resources, including setting priorities, setting annual goals, performance evaluations, and general management functions
Perform manager responsibilities, including goal setting, performance evaluations, task assignments, meeting deadlines, and overall employee management
Follow instructions and perform other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor
Assist other employees in the accomplishment of Huntsman company goals
Participate in and complete company-required training programs
